Justin Waterman brings more than two decades of commercial and industrial construction experience to every project he touches. Before founding Waterman Consulting Services, Justin spent 11 years in engineering and leadership roles at Halliburton, where he managed large-scale industrial operations, developed complex project schedules, and led cross-functional teams across multiple states.

That experience forged a management style defined by precision, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to doing things right the first time. When Justin left corporate engineering to launch WCS, he brought those standards with him — along with a network of 1,400+ industry contacts and a deep understanding of what separates good construction from great construction.

As a LEED AP BD+C, PMP, and OSHA certified professional, Justin champions sustainable building practices and environmentally responsible construction methods. His expertise spans medical offices, dental practices, veterinary clinics, commercial ground-up builds, interior build-outs, clean-room facilities, and imaging suite construction — always held to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Justin’s philosophy is simple and forward-facing: “There’s a reason the windshield is so much bigger than the rearview mirror.” It is a principle that drives every decision at WCS — always moving forward, always building toward what is next.
